The Blue Titanium series is a very small, older skin family in Counter-Strike that features a sleek, metallic finish. The design is minimalist, taking specific upper components of the weapons (like the receiver and barrel) and coating them in a deep, highly reflective metallic blue paint meant to simulate anodized titanium, while leaving the rest of the weapon in its default unpainted state.
